Returns and Exchanges Policy
• At the Time of Delivery:
Customers may request a return or exchange directly with the courier when the order is delivered.
• After Delivery:
If the courier has already left, returns or exchanges can still be arranged. The customer will need to send the item back to our warehouse at their own cost and risk. Once the product arrives and is checked to confirm it meets our return criteria, the request will be processed.
• Refund Method:
Any approved refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Return Period:
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from the shipping date
